2. Description of Service

Wishpa is a gift wishlist platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage wishlists for birthdays and special occasions
• Share wishlists with friends and family
• Reserve gifts for others with Surprise Mode
• Join groups to coordinate gift-giving

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Scrape or copy content from the Service without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Wishpa (wishlists, descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and share your content with users you've chosen to share it with.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it beyond your specified privacy settings.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Perform scheduled maintenance with notice
• Suspend access for technical or security reasons

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Wishpa and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Request account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wishpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
